Анотація

Сучасна судова експертиза знаходиться на перетині науки, техніки та права, що вимагає комплексного підходу до підготовки судових експертів. Глобалізація злочинності, діджиталізація та розвиток інноваційних методів дослідження зумовлюють необхідність докорінного реформування системи підготовки експертів відповідно до міжнародних стандартів.

У цьому розділі монографії представлено детальний аналіз підготовки судових експертів у провідних країнах світу, зокрема США, Німеччині, Великій Британії, Франції, Канаді, Швейцарії, Австралії та Польщі.

Автори розглядають існуючі ефективні моделі підготовки, які можуть бути адаптовані для української системи. Представлено порівняльний аналіз бакалаврських програм з криміналістики в Лозаннському університеті (Швейцарія) та Навчально-науковому інституті № 2 Національної академії внутрішніх справ України.

У дослідженні виокремлено ключові напрями модернізації, зокрема, уніфікацію освітніх програм. Наголошується на нагальній потребі адаптації навчальних програм до сучасних вимог, включаючи гармонізацію з міжнародними стандартами, інтеграцію передових знань щодо застосування інноваційних методів на практиці (штучний інтелект, цифрова криміналістика, блокчейн), а також посилення практичної підготовки на основі реальних кейс-стаді. Крім того, підкреслюється важливість міждисциплінарного підходу та розширення співпраці між університетами, експертними установами та правоохоронними органами.
