Nurturing values as a way to sustainable development: the case of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University

У цьому розділі представлено комплексне кейс-стайді Бердянського державного педагогічного університету (БДПУ), зосереджене на його стратегічній адаптації до викликів, пов’язаних з війною, переміщенням та гострою необхідністю оперативної трансформації. На тлі війни та окупації Бердянська інноваційна реакція БДПУ, яка характеризується прийняттям моделі «Університет без стін» і оновленою Стратегією розвитку, є прикладом стійкості та сталого зростання перед обличчям негараздів. Завдяки детальному аналізу стратегічних документів університету це дослідження досліджує переорієнтацію цілей БДПУ на основні цінності, узгодження з Цілями сталого розвитку (ЦСР) та інтеграцію третьої місії, яка наголошує на суспільному внеску поза традиційними освітніми та дослідницькими функціями. Використовуючи якісну методологію, ми досліджуємо стратегічні зміни, інтеграцію цінностей в оперативне планування та зусилля університету зробити внесок у глобальні ініціативи сталого розвитку в умовах кризи. Аналіз показує, як зосередженість БДПУ на таких цінностях, як чесність, інноваційність, інклюзивність і глобальне громадянство, зміцнила його здатність орієнтуватися в викликах нових реалій, забезпечуючи не тільки виживання, але й прокладаючи шлях для значного розвитку та внеску в стійкість громади. Висновки пропонують цінну інформацію для інших університетів, які стикаються з подібними кризами, підкреслюючи важливість гнучкості, залучення громади та відданості сталому розвитку як основоположних елементів для навігації в невизначене майбутнє. Це дослідження сприяє ширшому дискурсу щодо стійкості та адаптивності навчальних закладів у зонах конфлікту, пропонуючи модель стратегічного планування та освіти, орієнтованої на цінності в мінливому світі.
