Structural and technological solutions for film solar cells based on CdS/CdTe for reserve power supply of emergency prevention systems

Проведено дослідження сонячних елементів на основі CdS/CdTe призначених для резервного електроживлення систем безпеки та контролю об’єктів в умовах пошкодження системи електропостачання. Виконано аналіз втрат в вихідних параметрах сонячних елементів на основі телуриду кадмію, які зумовлені особливостями конструкції приладової структури і фотоелектричними процесами, які відбуваються в їх об'ємі при поглинанні світла. Досліджено реалізовані підходи до підвищення коефіцієнта корисної дії фотоелемента на основі CdS/CdTe і їх результативність. Запропоновано шляхи підвищення ефективності таких плівкових сонячних елементів при удосконаленні способу отримання тильного контакту. Розроблені конструктивно-технологічні рішення СЕ ITO/CdS/CdTe/Cu/Au, які дозволяють отримувати лабораторні зразки з ККД понад 10 %. Виготовлені лабораторні зразки СЕ ITO/CdS/CdTe/Cu/ITO, двостороннє освітлення яких дозволяє на 30 % підвищити електричну потужність. Проведено дослідження прозорих тильних контактів Cu/ITO для сонячних елементів на основі CdTe, призначених для використання в тандемних і двосторонньо чутливих приладових структурах. Дослідження світлових вольт-амперних характеристик сонячних елементів SnO2:F/CdS /CdTe /Cu /ITO при освітленні з обох сторін дозволило встановити суттєві відмінності у вихідних параметрах і світлових діодних характеристиках при освітленні з боку скляної підкладки і з боку прозорого тильного електрода. Проведено апробацію лабораторних зразків сонячних елементів ITO/CdS/CdTe/Cu/ITO в складі тандемних фотоелектричних перетворювачів. Проведено дослідження методів отримання базових шарів CdTe для створення ефективних сонячних елементів на гнучкій підкладці. При послідовному з’єднанні СЕ ITO/CdS/CdTe/Cu/Au були отримані експериментальні зразки мікромодулів з ККД 5,4 %.
