ASSESSMENT OF TECHNICAL CONDITION: MEANS OF MEASUREMENT, SAFETY, RISKS

Безперебійне транспортування рідких паливно-мастильних вантажів є одним з ключових завдань залізничного транспорту в Україні. Широка номенклатура наливних вантажів (світлі та темні нафтопродукти, мазути) та обмежений парк вагонів-цистерн, через його зношеність та складність оновлення в умовах воєнного часу, потребують постійного та якісного очищення котлів вагонів-цистерн. Сучасні технології очищення котлів передбачають термічні впливи, пов'язані з операціями промивання та парообробки, що впливає на напружено-деформований стан котлів.
Для досягнення поставленої мети було проаналізовано існуючі джерела, наведено технічні характеристики сучасних вагонів-цистерн та адаптовано моментну теорію оболонок, що дозволило визначити навантаження в контрольних точках котла.
Організація руху вантажних поїздів на залізничному транспорті України є важливим аспектом її інтеграції в європейську транспортну систему. Нагальна потреба в оновленні парку вантажних вагонів та обмеження швидкості руху вимагають розробки сучасних методів оцінки технічного стану та безпеки руху. Запропоновані методи включають тензометричне вимірювання механічних напружень та спектральний аналіз динамічних процесів для виявлення закономірностей взаємодії несучих конструкцій вантажних вагонів.
Також у монографії представлено ієрархічну систему методів розрахунку вогнестійкості залізобетонних плит за граничним станом втрати цілісності. Запропоновано три підходи: табличний, спрощений та уточнений, що дозволяє проектувальникам обирати оптимальний метод залежно від необхідної точності та наявних даних, що сприяє підвищенню пожежної безпеки конструкцій.
В умовах розвитку багатофункціональних технічних засобів розглянуто напрямки інтеграції елементів конструкцій вагонів, зокрема пружно-дисипативні, нерозрізні шарнірні та мультиматеріальні концепції. На основі теоретичних досліджень розроблено перспективні конструкції вагонів, такі як критий бункер для цементу, вагон-платформа з листових ресор, універсальний критий вагон з демпфуючими стійками та багатоматеріальні конструкції залізничних цистерн. Систематизація цих розробок сприяє подовженню терміну служби рухомого складу, зниженню матеріаломісткості, підвищенню ремонтопридатності та тріщиностійкості.
Результати наукових досліджень, викладені в монографії, можуть бути корисними для подальших наукових досліджень, розробки нових технологій, а також при підготовці фахівців залізничної галузі.
