Development of scientific and technological cooperation between EU countries and Ukraine in the conditions of its post-war reconstruction
Keywords:
national economics, technological innovationsAbstract
Radical economic and political changes in the modern world, the removal of many trade barriers have led to the creation of special conditions for scientific and technological cooperation between countries, which has forced them to reconsider their development strategies and organizational structures. The key points of the modern scientific and technological environment, which are of particular importance for strategic decisions, include: the creation of a single currency union; political union; social aspects of integration; changes in the competitive environment; technological innovations; intercultural differences. It is these aspects that play the role of those external factors that influence the scientific and technological cooperation of countries, turning into threats or new opportunities for their scientific and technological development. Consolidation of industries, the process of integration and consolidation, the creation of strategic alliances – the reaction of European business to the influence of these external factors. This issue is especially relevant for Ukraine, which is a fairly young state that is fighting for the right to recognize itself as an equal member of global scientific and technological cooperation, especially in the conditions of its post-war restoration.
