The chapter is devoted to the study of the features, essence, nature, functional role of communication in modern society in the context of the development of inclusion, inclusive society and environment, intercultural communication and multiculturalism. The construction of effective communication depends on the means and methods of overcoming barriers, socio-psychological adaptation of the individual, the peculiarity of social communication is studied, which is a means of existence and transmission of worldview socio-cultural features, values and norms of culture. The leading place in modern studies of adaptation belongs to theoretical approaches of biological and socio-psychological orientation. The chapter is devoted to the study of the essence and features of inclusive education in the educational environment, the main processes and problems of intercultural communication and multiculturalism.
