This scientific monograph presents a review of the current literature and the results of original controlled clinical studies on the immunogenetic, biochemical, microbiological, immunological and rheumatological aspects of the pathogenesis of neuropsychiatric syndromes in children, such as autism spectrum disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and other common mental disorders. The data of this scientific monograph complement and systematize existing approaches to the diagnosis and immunotherapy of immune-dependent lesions of the body of children, leading to psychiatric diseases. The effective development of the modern economy and production in the world and in Ukraine is impossible without a sufficient number of highly qualified professional staff capable of ensuring this progress. To train such specialists in higher education, it is necessary to use appropriate educational technologies and artificial intelligence, which makes learning more flexible and individualised. The collective monograph is devoted to the consideration of possible ways of introducing modern technologies into foreign language teaching as a basis for the development of communicative competences. These issues are urgent in connection with the strengthening of requirements for the language competence of specialists of various profiles, the need to improve the quality and efficiency of the educational process.

The monograph substantiates the methodological foundations of the formation of Ukrainian-language competence of students of technical higher education institutions, presents methodological developments in teaching the discipline "Ukrainian Language (for professional purposes)". The problem of implementation of interactive foreign language teaching technologies based on social and pedagogical interaction between teacher and students is investigated. The technology of linguistic analysis of the story about life events, which is a reflection of the internal emotional state of the individual, is developed. The technology of forming the professional culture of foreign students in the classes of “Professional foreign language” (economic direction) is analysed. Using the example of three languages (Ukrainian, Italian and English), the specifics of the development of students' speech skills with an emphasis on the communicative component are comprehensively presented. The technological means of achieving idiomaticity and naturalness in speech as a way of forming international communicative competence are considered. The technology of forming foreign language communicative skills of students of technical universities on the basis of studying styles and trends of world literature is presented. Methodological developments on the introduction of modern information and communication technologies into the process of teaching the Ukrainian language as a foreign language are presented. The features of studying deviant forms of adjectives in the structure of the Ukrainian language as a foreign language course are investigated in view of the modern communicative conditionality of the language and the emotional and evaluative marking of language units of different levels. The essence, role and features of the use of intellectual resources of projective-recursive technology in teaching English have been studied.

The proposed theoretical, methodological and applied issues of language learning in higher education institutions are of theoretical and practical interest to scientists, teachers-practitioners, postgraduates and students.

STRATEGIC-ORIENTED MANAGEMENT OF THE TRANSPORT INDUSTRY: LOGISTICS APPROACHES, INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS AND MANAGEMENT MODELS

The study covers a range of problems related to risk management, logistics, enterprise relocation, transport infrastructure and sustainable development of transport enterprises, especially in conditions of military threats. It is determined that modern trends in risk management demonstrate significant progress with the expansion of its boundaries by introducing new concepts such as risk management, risk economics, risk engineering, risk administration and risk production. New professional approaches to risk classification are proposed, and the elements of risk content – certainty and uncertainty, taking into account their limiting values – are specified. It is proven that the erroneous perception of complete certainty or complete uncertainty in management processes is a factor that reduces the effectiveness of organizational decisions. The illusion of complete certainty leads to excessive bureaucratization and loss of adaptability, while the idea of complete uncertainty stimulates impulsive, unfounded decisions without proper analysis and forecasting. The elimination of such illusions allows the formation of adaptive management strategies that are able to respond more effectively to changes in the external environment.

To assess the readiness of enterprises for development, a two-component methodological approach is proposed, based on the analysis of investment adequacy and the balance of activity costs. An integral indicator of investment adequacy is determined, which allows assessing the resource capacity of enterprises. The testing of the approach at Ukrainian motor transport enterprises showed a low level of this indicator – a value in the range of 1.2–1.7 with a standard of 3 indicates limited resources for economic development and the dominance of survival strategies instead of development.

An analysis of the transport industry of Ukraine showed a significant deterioration in its indicators due to military aggression. In particular, the number of operating business entities, the volume of products sold and the level of profitability of enterprises decreased. The main problems of the industry are identified: disruption of transport chains, resource shortages, destruction of infrastructure and a decrease in the solvency of the population. In this regard, the need for the implementation of anti-crisis management is substantiated, which involves four consecutive stages: diagnostics of the state of the enterprise, development of an anti-crisis strategy, implementation of stabilization measures and methods and assessment of the effectiveness of these measures. Particular attention is paid to the adaptation of anti-crisis management to the conditions of the war period.

The problems of relocation of high-tech enterprises under martial law are studied. Logistics planning models are proposed that take into account the risks caused by military actions and disruption of transport corridors. The key stages of relocation are identified: selection of a safe location, adaptation of logistics infrastructure, establishment of new supply channels. Particular attention is paid to optimizing the supply of components at the new location of the enterprise, which is an important factor in maintaining competitiveness and sustainability of production.

The study considers the role of transport infrastructure in ensuring regional economic development. It is emphasized that transport facilities can have both positive and negative impacts on the regional economy. On the one hand, they contribute to the development of material flows and business activity, and on the other hand, they can stimulate population outflow and cause uneven development. The introduction of innovative transport infrastructure management mechanisms is proposed to ensure sustainable economic growth of regions.

Particular attention is paid to the sustainable development of passenger transport enterprises. A set of measures is proposed to financially support transport enterprises taking into account the principles of sustainable development. It is shown that investing in the modernization of vehicles, process automation and environmentally friendly technologies will contribute not only to reducing costs, but also to improving the quality of services and minimizing the negative impact on the environment.

An important aspect is the improvement of the route network and optimization of bus schedules. The need for integration of various types of public transport, the use of monitoring and dispatching information systems for prompt adjustment of routes in accordance with changes in demand is identified.

The obtained research results can be used both at the level of individual transport enterprises and for the formation of state transport policy. The proposed approaches will contribute to increasing the stability of the transport system, ensuring the effective functioning of logistics processes and sustainable development of the country's economy in the face of modern challenges.

DRYING PROCESSES: APPROACHES TO IMPROVE EFFICIENCY

This monograph explores the mathematical modeling of heat and moisture transfer processes in the drying of capillary-porous materials. It presents advanced models that account for the dynamics of moisture evaporation, convective and conductive drying, and the influence of external factors such as airflow, temperature gradients, and electric fields. Special attention is given to thermodynamic principles, diffusion mechanisms, and mechanical stresses that arise during drying, providing a comprehensive framework for understanding and optimizing drying technologies.

A significant portion of the monograph is devoted to the development of nonstationary and quasi-stationary mathematical models that describe the behavior of moisture and temperature fields over time. These models incorporate the effects of phase transitions, electroosmotic forces, and capillary interactions, allowing for a detailed analysis of drying kinetics under various conditions. Numerical simulations and experimental validation are employed to assess the accuracy and applicability of the proposed approaches, offering valuable insights for both theoretical research and industrial implementation.

The monograph also addresses the structural characteristics and mechanical properties of drying materials, highlighting the role of material deformation, shrinkage, and potential stress accumulation that may lead to cracking. Empirical criteria such as the Kirpichov, Nusselt, and Postnov numbers are examined as key parameters for evaluating drying efficiency and ensuring material integrity. Additionally, optimization strategies for industrial drying processes are discussed, incorporating mathematical and experimental methodologies to enhance energy efficiency and product quality.

The high dynamism of the development of social processes and phenomena determines the formation of a new system of the worldview of mankind, the modification (change) of the hierarchy of needs and values, challenges to the pace and quality of development.

Solving complex problems associated with meeting the requirements of our time requires the use of innovative scientific approaches. Today, the use of modern intellectual technologies, such as neural networks, deep learning and artificial intelligence, is a prerequisite for the proactive development of all spheres of human activity: medicine, technology, business, environmental protection, education, transport and communication, etc. Thus, the intellectualization of technical and managerial systems can be considered one of the key foundations of the new paradigm of science and technology. The phrase "artificial intelligence systems" today is understandable to everyone. The context of this term is associated with such concepts as robotics, forecasting, processing of large information flows, expert systems, diagnostics, smart home or smart tools projects, cyberphysical space and cyberphysical systems, computer translation, etc.

There is a positive dynamics of the development and implementation of artificial intelligence elements in most types of software: mobile applications, information systems, electronic devices, etc.

This process of "intellectualization" allows us to talk about a gradual increase in the intelligence of modern computer systems capable of performing functions that are traditionally considered intellectual: understanding language, logical inference, using the accumulated knowledge, learning, pattern recognition, as well as learning and explaining their decisions.

The monograph presents the scientific and methodological apparatus of intellectual assessment of the state of complex systems. During the study, the authors proposed: a methodological approach to assess the state of hierarchical systems using a metaheuristic algorithm; a technique for analyzing and predicting the state of multidimensional objects using a metaheuristic algorithm and a technique for increasing the reliability of estimating the state of an object.

A separate section presents a comprehensive model for processing diverse data in intelligent decision support systems; method of processing different types of data in intelligent network and server architecture management systems, as well as a technique for increasing the efficiency of processing different types of data in intelligent network and server architecture management systems.

The next section of this monograph proposes a set of methods for improving the efficiency of information processing in intelligent decision support systems. During the study, the authors proposed: a method for managing information flows in intelligent decision support systems using a population algorithm; method of evaluating the efficiency of processing different types of data in decision support systems; method of evaluation and forecasting in intelligent decision support systems.

A separate section of the study proposes a scientific and methodological apparatus for processing various types of data in automated control systems. feasibility of using artificial intelligence theory for processing different types of data in automated control systems is substantiated; developed a method of data distribution in automated control systems; a model of the process of evaluating the processing of different types of data in automated command and control systems using expert information has been developed, and the methodology for setting up an information system for evaluating the process of processing different types of data in automated control systems under conditions of uncertainty has been improved.

The next section of the monograph is devoted to intellectual methods for assessing the state of channels of unmanned aerial vehicles. In the course of the study, the authors proposed: the method of intellectual assessment of the state of channels of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), based on the use of fuzzy sets and artificial neural networks, allows, with its sufficient simplicity, to obtain sufficiently accurate solutions and methods for identifying the state of control channels and data transmission UAV.

The monograph also offers intellectual methods for assessing the state of hierarchical systems. In the course of this study, the authors: the analysis of knowledge representation models was carried out, the advantages of using the production representation of knowledge in expert systems were substantiated; method of evaluation and prediction using fuzzy cognitive maps was developed. The study developed a method of visualizing the states of a hierarchical system. A method of evaluating complex hierarchical systems based on an improved swarm of particles has been developed. The presented estimation method is based on a combination of particle swarm methods and coordinate averaging and its modification using several particle swarms and the inclusion of the Hook-Jeeves procedure and corresponding correction coefficients.

The monograph will be useful for researchers involved in solving optimization problems, using the theory of artificial intelligence, developing new (improving existing) approaches to solving complex technical problems in various fields of human activity.

The monograph is also useful for practitioners - designers, developers implementing modern solutions in the field of information technology, engaged in the development of information, information and analytical, as well as automated systems in order to create new schemes and algorithms, their adaptation to non-stereotypical conditions of use, including for the implementation of artificial intelligence methods in the conditions of autonomous work, limitation of computing resources, remote control, etc.

MODERN METHODS OF ENSURING INFORMATION PROTECTION IN CYBERSECURITY SYSTEMS USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY

This scientific work is devoted to the development and improvement of information protection methods to counteract unauthorized access to information activity facilities and their telecommunication networks. The conclusions of the study indicate the need to implement innovative solutions to increase the level of security in modern cyberspace.

An improved algorithm for determining and transferring node hosts in the Blockchain system is proposed, which uses floating hosts to increase the adaptability of the network to external attacks. This allows to automatically close ports during scanning, making it difficult for attackers to access the system and increasing the overall level of network protection.

A study of GPT models has shown their high efficiency in detecting cyberattacks on information activity facilities and their telecommunication networks. GPT-4.0 has demonstrated increased efficiency in processing and detecting various types of attacks compared to GPT-3.5, which provides faster response time and improves the overall level of security.

The developed method of collecting event logs from decoys based on Blockchain provides high fault tolerance and reliability of logs, which is critically important for protecting information objects and telecommunication networks. The decentralized nature of Blockchain prevents unauthorized editing of information, creating a reliable system for storing attack data.

The developed model of a dynamic system of active traps based on software decoys using Blockchain technology integrates decentralized and automatically updated attributes of traps. This increases the effectiveness of network protection, reduces the load on the infrastructure and the response time of services during attacks, which increases the channel throughput and data transfer rate.

The developed mathematical description of the calculation of dynamic attributes of software decoys takes into account the capabilities of Blockchain Solana, which made it possible to model and optimize the distribution of network resources. This increased the effectiveness of protection and ensured a quick response of services during external attacks.

The method of using Blockchain-based software decoys obtained in the work increases the resources required by the attacker to carry out an attack, which increases the response time of cybersecurity specialists. The use of dynamic Blockchain-based software decoys demonstrates better performance compared to static and other dynamic analogues, increasing the overall level of computer network security. The proposed cybercrime research system detects known attacks 31% faster and is able to detect unknown attacks thanks to training the Isolation Forest model. The time for analyzing cybercrimes has been significantly reduced thanks to the use of the GPT model, which provides an effective and fast response to threats.

ASSESSMENT OF TECHNICAL CONDITION: MEANS OF MEASUREMENT, SAFETY, RISKS

Uninterrupted transportation of liquid fuel and lubricant cargoes is one of the key tasks of railway transport in Ukraine. Wide range of liquid cargoes (light and dark oil products, furnace oils) and limited fleet of tank wagons, due to its wear and tear and complexity of renewal in wartime conditions, require constant and qualitative cleaning of tank wagon boilers. Modern technologies of boiler cleaning involve thermal effects associated with washing and steam treatment operations, which affects the stress-strain state of boilers.

In order to achieve the objective, the existing sources were analysed, technical characteristics of modern tank wagons were given and the moment theory of shells was adapted, which allowed to determine the loads in the boiler control points.

The organisation of goods train traffic on the railway transport of Ukraine is an important aspect of its integration into the European transport system. The urgent need for renewal of the freight wagon fleet and speed limitation require the development of modern methods for assessing the technical condition and traffic safety. The proposed methods include strain gauge measurement of mechanical stresses and spectral analysis of dynamic processes to reveal the regularities of interaction of load-bearing structures of freight wagons.

Also, the monograph presents a hierarchical system of methods for calculating the fire resistance of reinforced concrete slabs at the limit state of loss of integrity. Three approaches are proposed: tabular, simplified and refined, allowing designers to choose the optimal method depending on the required accuracy and available data, which contributes to the improvement of fire safety of structures.

In the conditions of multifunctional technical means development, the directions of wagon structural elements integration are considered, including elastic-dissipative, non-split hinge and multi-material concepts. On the basis of theoretical research, promising wagon designs have been developed, such as a covered hopper for cement, a flat wagon made of leaf springs, a universal covered wagon with damping struts and multi-material railway tank car designs. The systematisation of these developments contributes to the extension of rolling stock service life, reduction of material intensity, improvement of maintainability and crack resistance.

The results of scientific research presented in the monograph can be useful for further research, development of new technologies, as well as in the training of railway industry specialists.

ENERGY SYSTEMS AND RESOURCES: OPTIMISATION AND RATIONAL USE

The monograph "Energy systems and resources: optimisation and rational use" is devoted to topical issues in the field of energy, materials science and sustainable development, including the study of magnetic field effect on silicon microstructure, development of innovative designs of solar concentrators, use of solid domestic waste in the energy balance of Ukraine, as well as the prospects and technologies of co-combustion of coal and biomass at thermal power plants.

In 1 Section "Magnetic treatment of semiconductor silicon", within the framework of research on the influence of magnetic field on the microstructure of silicon grown by the Czochralsky method (Cz-Si), doped with elements Al, Mg, Cu, Fe, Zr, Hf, the influence of these impurities on the interaction energy of silicon atoms in the crystal lattice is considered for the first time. It is found that doping with elements reducing the interaction energy leads to an increase in defects during magnetic treatment for 240 hours, while 720 hours of treatment reduces their number.

In 2 Section "Support frame of solar concentrator with flat triangular mirrors" of the monograph is devoted to the development of improved designs of solar concentrators used in the field of green energy. The research is aimed at reducing production costs and increasing efficiency by reducing the number of metal elements and introducing automated assembly processes. The developed new design with fewer elements contributes to cheaper production and faster assembly process. The prototypes can find wide application in agriculture, organic waste recycling and energy supply of residential buildings within the concept of "green" buildings.

In 3 Section "Technological aspects of producing refuse derived fuel" special attention is paid to the issues of involvement of solid domestic waste in the energy balance of Ukraine by creating alternative solid fuel (RDF - refuse derived fuel). The kinetics of convective drying of RDF of different compositions depending on temperature and speed of the heat carrier is investigated. Drying coefficients, rates of thermal decomposition of organic and mineral substances, as well as calorific value of RDF are determined. The results obtained are the basis for the development of energy-efficient RDF production technologies to reduce dependence on fossil fuels.

The 4 Section "Choice optimization of the type of energy resource for the region" considers the current state and prospects of the energy complex of Ukraine. Based on the analysis of available energy resources, the methodology of selection and justification of priority fuels for regional energy supply is proposed. Environmental aspects of utilisation of traditional resources such as coal, oil, gas and nuclear fuel are considered, as well as the possibilities of transition to alternative energy sources.

The 5 Section "Scientific and technical solutions for implementing biomass combustion at coal-fired TPP in Ukraine" is devoted to the development of technologies for co-combustion of coal and biomass, which is a promising direction for reducing emissions of harmful substances, diversifying fuel sources and improving combustion conditions at thermal power plants. The technologies of biomass combustion and gasification are considered, experimental studies of co-combustion of gas coal and biomass are carried out, thermal calculations of boiler plants using ANSYS FLUENT are performed. Recommendations for implementation of these technologies at Ukrainian TPPs were developed.

Thus, the results presented in the monograph are an important contribution to the solution of urgent problems in the field of sustainable energy, material science and environmental safety. The monograph will be useful for engineers, researchers, designers and specialists working in the field of energy, waste processing and development of "green" technologies.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: INDUSTRY SPECIFICS

The object of this monograph is the scope of implementation and individual project management processes in various fields of human activity.

In the first section, the problem of identifying configuration elements (CE) of an IT product has been solved. To solve the problem of identifying functional CEs, it is proposed to use hierarchical and non-hierarchical clustering methods. As examples of hierarchical clustering methods, the agglomerative clustering method AGNES using the nearest neighbor algorithm and the divisive clustering method DIANA have been proposed. As an example of non-hierarchical clustering methods, the k-means algorithm is proposed. For comparison with these methods, one of the graph-analytic clustering methods has been used, which has been developed to solve the problem of decomposition of the description of the monolithic architecture of a software product into separate microservices. A comparative analysis of the solution progress and the obtained results of solving the problem of identifying functional CEs using all four selected clustering methods has been carried out. It has been established that the best alternative is to use hierarchical clustering methods to solve this problem.

In the second section, methodological foundations and scientific and applied solutions of multi-mode adaptive intelligent data analysis for food industry enterprises have been developed. During the study of the methodological foundations of multi-mode adaptive intelligent data analysis, the effectiveness of using this analysis in the management of competitive food enterprises has been established. The main advantages, difficulties, challenges and problems of using the proposed analysis have been identified. A list of main corporate tasks has been formed, for the solution of which it is advisable to use this type of analysis. A list of main results of using this analysis for an effective and competitive food enterprise in dynamic and crisis conditions has been determined. During the study of scientific and applied solutions of multi-mode adaptive intelligent data analysis, the features, methods and main applied solutions of the following types of analysis have been determined: High Dimensional big data analysis, Ad-Hoc Data Mining, Anomaly & Fraud Detection, Hybrid Data Mining, Crisis Data Mining. The results of the study can be effective for enterprises and companies in which management decisions have been made in unstable or crisis conditions.

The third section analyzes the management aspects of the integration of Ukrainian railways into the international transport infrastructure. In the process of this analysis, the experience of planning and implementing high-speed railway projects in Europe, Asia and other regions has been studied. Particular attention has been paid to the adaptation of world practices to Ukrainian conditions, taking into account the specifics of the national infrastructure, economic and political factors. The features of the project for the integration of Ukrainian railways into the Trans-European Transport Network have been considered using the example of the Lviv railway junction. For this type of project, the stages of its implementation have been described, including technical, organizational and financial aspects, and an analysis of problems and achievements is conducted. The impact of this type of project on the development of regional infrastructure and the economy has been studied. Using the example of a project for the automatic identification of rolling stock and large-tonnage containers on Ukrainian railways, practical aspects of management processes, including planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects at the system level, have been explored. Examples of successful and problematic projects have been considered, illustrating the opportunities and challenges of the project management process in the context of Ukrainian railway transport.

The fourth section considers the application of the differential-symbolic approach to planning medical projects for supporting the population of communities. This approach involves the use of differential equations to describe the dynamics of projects as a separate system and the use of symbolic expressions to represent individual parameters and their description. Mathematical models for differential-symbolic planning of projects for improving the health of the population of communities and assessing the risks of projects for medical support of the population of communities have been developed. To implement the proposed models, code has been written in the Python programming language using libraries for solving differential equations, optimizing and visualizing results. Based on the use of the developed and implemented models for the given conditions of the project environment, the results of optimizing the configuration of projects for improving the health of the population in the community and assessing the risks of projects for medical support of the population of communities have been obtained.

The fifth section considers theoretical approaches, models and methods for assessing the quality of transportation projects as a means of increasing the efficiency of providing transport services in cargo transportation projects of a project-oriented enterprise. An N-model for making an optimal decision regarding the importance of a set of criteria that determine the quality of transport services, taking into account expert information, has been developed. It allows determining the advantages of one criterion over another based on the theory of the importance of criteria, which can be applied in project process management. A model for ensuring the relationship between the quality indicators of cargo transportation projects and determining the attractiveness of international routes has been developed. The effectiveness of applying the developed methods and models at project-oriented enterprises in the transport industry has been proven by testing them at motor transport enterprises.

This monograph can be useful to researchers, teachers, postgraduate students and higher education students in the field of project management, as well as specialists in applied project management in various spheres of human activity.

The modern world is characterized by high dynamics of changes, which requires all spheres of activity, including the defense sector, to constantly improve and adapt. Effective achievement of strategic goals in modern realities is impossible without the introduction of project management into the activities of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other components of the defense forces of Ukraine.

The monograph is devoted to the study of the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of project management in the context of the defense sector of Ukraine. It is the result of many scientific studies and practical experience accumulated in the process of reforming the defense management of Ukraine, which allowed solving a number of scientific problems regarding its improvement. The monograph consists of four sections, each of which covers important aspects of project management in the defense sector.

Section 1 “Project Management in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine” analyzes the implementation of programs, project management and project activities in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military management bodies. This section examines the theoretical and methodological principles of program and project management in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The significance of programs and projects in the development of the domestic theory of military construction is substantiated and serves as the basis for improving the scientific and methodological base for assessing the effectiveness of creating new and developing existing capabilities.

In section 2 “Recommendations for the introduction of portfolio management in the defense management system of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other components of the defense forces of Ukraine”, taking into account the specifics of the defense sector, military strategy and public administration, the application of a comprehensive approach to portfolio management in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other components of the defense forces is substantiated, which combines strategic, systemic, project and process-oriented approaches, as well as risk management and a focus on results; Methods and tools for implementing portfolio management are proposed (capability analysis, project priority matrix, value-complexity matrix, scenario analysis, key performance indicators, benefit tracking, portfolio dashboard, balanced scorecard, bubble chart, portfolio archive). In order to develop effective recommendations for implementing portfolio management in military command bodies, factors that may complicate this process are outlined (systematic underfunding of the defense sector, shortage of qualified personnel, lack of modern information systems, corruption, post-Soviet corporate culture).

In addition, a model of planning, programming, budgeting, execution (hereinafter referred to as PPBE) has been proposed (development and use in everyday activities in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine of the project management architecture – PPBE; architecture of defense programs based on existing organizational structures and functional groups of capabilities; architecture of project and program management through portfolios according to their types and functions; architecture of planning and development of projects through their creation, development and implementation, utilization; architecture of capabilities of types, branches of troops, commands). Recommendations are provided for the implementation of portfolio management taking into account the proposed PPBE model (development of a regulatory framework, organizational and administrative documents for portfolio management; creation and reorganization of project portfolio management functions; staff training; organization of providing the portfolio of projects, programs and individual projects with the necessary resources; development of leadership qualities in managers of individual projects, programs and portfolio of projects; attraction and retention of qualified personnel; creation and modernization of infrastructure for portfolio management; establishment of interoperability within the framework of project portfolio management).

The relevance of the issues covered in section 3 “Development of innovations in the field of military defense at sea” is primarily due to the lack of research on the development of asymmetric means of warfare at sea in conditions of superior enemy forces, primarily naval unmanned complexes (devices) and unmanned aircraft complexes, as well as the features of managing their creation and development. The results of analytical research into the development of marine robotic systems, in particular marine unmanned complexes (devices), made it possible to identify the main trends and directions of their further improvement, as well as to outline the specifics of managing the processes of their creation and development.

Section 4 “Modern approaches to project management in the training of naval officers. Use of simulation technologies” is devoted to project management in the defense sector using the example of a virtual project for training military officers-navigators using the VSTEP (NAUTIS) and MORILD simulation platforms. These platforms allow for exercises in scenarios that are as close as possible to real combat conditions. This experience is a valuable example of an innovative approach to military training in Ukraine, which can also be useful for other countries facing similar challenges.

Thus, the monograph covers a wide range of theoretical and practical aspects of project management in the defense sector of Ukraine. It offers modern approaches to the implementation of project and portfolio management, the development of innovations in the military sphere and the training of military personnel using the latest technologies. In the presented material of Chapter I, it was analyzed that the share of persons belonging to the representatives of older age groups in the general structure of the Earth's inhabitants in 2025 will reach the level of 20%. Ukraine is also one of the countries characterized by significant rates of population aging. The essence of the aging process, the changes that occur in the body during this process, in particular in emergency situations, including with physical and nervous overloads, somatic diseases, injuries. The prospect of conducting scientific developments to provide opportunities for target consumers of this product, including on national markets, to choose from an expanded range of products of appropriate quality. The studied results create a basis for the development and production of both ingredients and products for enteral nutrition of persons of older age groups, paying attention to the creation of appropriate conditions for ensuring the health of the population

Chapter II presents the results of the scientific substantiation of the feasibility of using dietary A2 milk, obtained by enriching it with carrot (Daucus carota) powders, and its advantages. In particular, it has been investigated that the use of carrot powders allows to improve the amino acid composition of milk, to significantly ensure the body's daily need for essential amino acids. The perspective of using this milk in cheese making has also been established.

Chapter III presents the scientific justification and analysis of the proposed resource-saving method of production of polycomponent puree-like semi-finished products of a high degree of readiness based on own plant raw materials of apple, Jerusalem artichoke, cranberry, red beet and hawthorn was carried out. It has been substantiated that the hardware implementation of the proposed method is provided by the author's developed designs of unified mobile low-temperature devices, the feature of which is the reduction of energy and metal consumption, ensuring uniformity of heat supply, stabilization of the temperature range, the possibility of using secondary heat energy.

Chapter IV presents data on the current state of production of agro-industrial raw materials, the share of animal husbandry in it, its socio-economic significance, and the importance of development for ensuring the nutritional needs of the population of Ukraine. The presented material established that the share of beef consumption by Ukrainians as a source of complete protein and certain vitamins is insignificant. Data on the consumption of beef by the population of Ukraine in recent years and the reasons for the decrease in this indicator are also given.

Solving complex problems associated with meeting the requirements of our time requires the use of innovative scientific approaches. Today, the use of modern intellectual technologies, such as neural networks, deep learning, and artificial intelligence, is a prerequisite for the proactive development of all spheres of human activity: medicine, technology, business, environmental protection, education, transport and communication, etc. Thus, the intellectualization of technical and managerial systems can be considered one of the key foundations of the new paradigm of science and technology. The phrase "artificial intelligence systems" today is understandable to everyone. The context of this term is associated with such concepts as robotics, forecasting, processing of large information flows, expert systems, diagnostics, smart home or smart tools projects, cyberphysical space and cyberphysical systems, computer translation, etc.

There is a positive dynamics in the development and implementation of artificial intelligence elements in most types of software: mobile applications, information systems, electronic devices, etc.

The monograph provides methods for training artificial neural networks that have an adaptive structure and can evolve. They are set out in a separate section in the study. These methods are used by the authors in further studies to reduce errors that accumulate during the solution of optimization problems.

A separate section presents the issue of self-organization of information networks, using artificial intelligence methods. This study is aimed at solving the scientific and applied problem in terms of increasing the efficiency of self-organization of information networks at the first four levels of the model of interaction of open systems.

Collective monograph highlights the results of systematic scientific research devoted to some innovative technological solutions in materials science. The practical application of the results of these studies covers electronic equipment, light industry, construction, and rocketry.

Chapter 1 examines the problem of obtaining radiation-protective coatings based on epoxy composites for electronic equipment materials. Dependences of the electron concentration, specific conductivity, and Hall EMF on the induction of external magnetic field for the n-Si and n-Ge single crystals, irradiated by the fast electrons, coated with a layer of ED-20 epoxy resin, have been obtained. The composite layer was without fillers and with iron and aluminum powders as fillers. It has been shown that the presence of such a coating layer increases the radiation resistance of n-Si and n-Ge single crystals, and the greatest radiation resistance is achieved by silicon and germanium single crystals coated with an epoxy composite with an iron powder filler. The determined presence of the residual magnetization of the iron powder filler and the corresponding induced additional Hall EMF may be of practical importance in the development of energy storage systems based on irradiated n-Ge and n-Si single crystals covered with a layer of epoxy resin with iron powder filler.

Chapter 2 is devoted to the development of nanopigments based on modified montmorillonite for the formation of polymer-mineral decoration of natural leather. An algorithm for obtaining nanopigments by successive modification of aqueous dispersions of montmorillonite with cationically active and anionically active compounds has been proposed. The composition of coating compositions with the use of nanopigments has been optimized and rational ratios of the components of the coating composition have been obtained, which ensure the formation of a polymer-mineral coating with the required level of operational properties. It has been proven that the use of nanopigments in the composition of coating compositions allows to reduce the consumption of coating paint for decoration, the thickness of the coating film and to obtain a coating with high quality indicators in terms of adhesion to dry and wet skin, resistance of the coating to multiple bends, dry and wet friction.

Chapter 3 analyzes the modern level of the technology of coating processes on a vertical surface, which actualizes the study of the problem of improving the operational properties of an anti-corrosion coating. The dependence of the effective application of anti-corrosion coatings and their physical and mechanical properties on the technological parameters has been determined. An automated unit for applying protective anti-corrosion coatings and removable nozzles to it for performing work in hard-to-reach places has been proposed. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the determination of specific technological parameters and cleaning modes, when applying a film coating on a vertical surface, in particular in hard-to-reach places.

In chapter 4, the possibility of using polymers as a structural material for creating the bodies of launch vehicles, as well as solid fuel for rocket engines is considered. Research is related to the development of a new type of ultralight launch vehicles: combustible or autophagic launch vehicles. The thermophysical and mechanical characteristics of various types of polymers have been analyzed from the point of view of the possibility of their use as structural materials for the bodies of ultralight missile carriers. The results of theoretical and experimental studies of thermal destruction of polymer materials under aerodynamic heating conditions are presented. It is shown that polymer materials, in particular polyethylene, under suitable conditions, can be used to make fuel tanks for solid-fuel rockets that use a new principle of burning the structure during flight. The development of such launch vehicles and the commercialization of scientific research in this area will allow domestic companies in the aerospace industry to occupy a niche in the market for launching small satellites.

Collective monograph highlights the results of systematic scientific research devoted to the problems of forming alloys with specified properties for various operating conditions of parts made from them. It also considers the characteristics of alloys of several systems, mechanisms of structure formation, properties and technological features of obtaining such alloys.

Chapter 1 presents the results of studies of the effect of reducing the magnesium content and alloying with scandium, zirconium, manganese, chromium, and SRM on the structure, phase composition, strength, plasticity, and crack resistance, as well as the corrosion potential and current of alloys of the Al-Mg and Al-Mg-Sc systems, obtained using a magnetohydrodynamic foundry. A positive effect of reducing the magnesium content, as well as the replacement of manganese with chromium and doping with lanthanum in alloys of the Al-Mg-Sc system in the cast state and after extrusion, pressing and rolling has been established. It is shown that due to dispersion strengthening by secondary intermetallics of chromium and lanthanum, this alloy in the cast state after homogenization is superior in strength to the well-known alloys of grades 1570 and 1545. After hot and cold rolling, it is not inferior to these alloys in terms of strength and plasticity, but has higher corrosion resistance characteristics. In terms of structural strength, which is comprehensively determined by the characteristics of strength and cyclic crack resistance, such alloys are superior to the well-known Al-Mg-Sc, Al-Mg and Al-Cu-Mg systems.

Chapter 2 presents the results of the development of new highly efficient foundry technologies for the production of cast and composite structural materials and products with high operational characteristics from alloyed and reinforced aluminum, iron-carbon and heat-resistant alloys. In particular, the results of obtaining blades of gas turbine engines (GTE) with a regular directional casting structure using the method of jet gas cooling of molds in a vacuum are presented. Promising technologies for obtaining cast iron and steel reinforced structures based on gasification models by liquid-phase combination of system components have been developed.

Chapter 3 is devoted to determining the patterns of structure formation, phase composition, and tribological properties of heat-resistant chrome-nickel alloys "Nikorin". New solutions to the scientific and practical problem, which consists in increasing the complex of tribological properties and heat resistance of chromium-nickel alloys for modern engineering, are presented. The composition of heat-resistant chrome-nickel alloys, the distribution of alloying elements between phases and structural components have been studied, and the dependence of changes in mechanical properties on the parameters of the structure and phase composition has been established. The results of determining the structure, phase composition, and microhardness of the structural components of the heat-resistant chrome-nickel alloy "Nikorin" after quenching at different temperatures, as well as the tribological properties of chrome-nickel alloys in the cast state, are given.

Chapter 4 presents the results of determining the influence of electromagnetic mixing and alloying on the properties of deformable aluminum alloys, on the phase state and structural stability of heat-resistant corrosion-resistant alloys used for the manufacture of turbine blades of gas turbine engines (GTE). The results of studies on the effect of alloying a heat-resistant nickel-based alloy with tantalum and rhenium on its operational characteristics are presented. It has been proven that under the controlled influence of technological factors and excess pressure (2...6 MPa) on liquid metal and during its crystallization, it is possible to increase the mechanical strength and reduce the porosity of cast iron and steel castings by 15...30%, compared to gravity casting according to models , which are gasified.

The monograph is intended for researchers dealing with issues of synthesis of alloys and the development of technologies for their production based on modern phenomena about the mechanisms of formation of structure and properties for various operational applications.

Chapter 1 analyzes the position of Ukraine in the global cyber security ratings and outlines promising directions for increasing its level, one of which is the improvement of information protection systems of critical infrastructure objects. A data comparison algorithm is considered, which consists in continuous monitoring and scanning of data by constantly comparing data with information patterns of users and services, as well as threat patterns and indicators based on previous experience, not only one's own, within a local network or system, but also globally scale An improved method of rapid data comparison is presented, which provides maximum accuracy of comparison with a minimum amount of equipment for comparing devices. Its use makes it possible to identify potential cyber threats and take preventive measures, which will increase the level of protection of critical infrastructure objects.

Chapter 2 focuses on defining strategic directions for ensuring economic cyber security of business in Ukraine. The importance of information protection in the context of the development of the digital economy has been updated, and the place of economic cyber security in the national security system has been determined. A thorough analysis of the dynamics of cyber incidents in the world in recent years was carried out and the specifics of the manifestation of cyber threats at the macro and micro levels were outlined. Special attention is paid to the intrusion detection process and a detailed study of the working principles of modern intrusion detection and prevention systems. It is expected that the use of the proposed recommendations on the cyber security policy will significantly increase the level of information security (confidentiality, integrity and availability) of the business.

Chapter 3 is dedicated to solving the problem of strengthening the security of strategically important enterprises of Ukraine by developing effective forms of implementation of the state regulatory policy in this direction. The issue of identifying strategically important enterprises and forming their security at the state level as a basis for supporting and restoring the national economy has been updated. The strategic directions of deregulation of business activity in Ukraine, including strategically important enterprises, have been determined. One of them is institutional support of state regulatory policy, improvement of regulatory policy. On the basis of the analysis of the existing institutional support of the state regulatory policy regarding strategically important enterprises, it has been proved that the basis of the formation of effective forms of implementation of the state regulatory policy of support and strengthening of the security of strategically important enterprises is the need to improve the current legislation, the formation of effective institutional and organizational support and the clustering of the national economy based on strategic important enterprises with the possibility of creating integrated corporate structures. A model of the process of assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of the state regulatory policy on ensuring the security of strategically important enterprises is proposed, which provides regulatory bodies with a tool to influence its level with the provision of economic development and social stability in Ukraine.

Chapter 4 explores Semantic role labeling (SRL) as a key Natural Language Processing (NLP) task that plays a vital role in extracting meaningful information from text. The role of SRL and its application is considered in the context of economics and cyber security, because the accurate definition and analysis of semantic roles in text is critical due to the rapid increase in the amount and complexity of textual information. State-of-the-art NLP classifiers used in decision-making, market analysis and financial reports, media articles, and economic texts are reviewed. It is emphasized that the process of determining relevant information from a large array of data collected from disparate sources requires an optimal methodological base, which should include the use of special tools for cleaning, tokenization, marking parts of speech with labels for preparation for NLP analysis. With the help of NLP classifiers, it becomes possible to automatically identify data, which allows to get information about market trends or security threats, depending on the specific field. It is noted that the proposed methods are practically significant, as they improve the ability to extract useful information, assess risks and make informed decisions by organizing unstructured textual data.

Chapter 5 is dedicated to the comprehensive substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical methods of monitoring the state of financial security of Ukraine in conditions of economic turbulence as a factor ensuring the preservation of the state's financial system. Indicators of the state of financial security of regions are proposed and it is proved that they are not strongly connected, and also interconnected with the state of financial security of the state, which allows their use as input information in the process of calculating the integral indicator of the state of financial security of the region. On the basis of the proposed methodology for assessing the state of financial security of regions, integral indicators of the state of financial security of regions of Ukraine were calculated, which are actually the result of collapsing indicators by subsystems into a system index for a certain region, high values of which characterize a relatively stable value of financial security of a certain region, and low values signal its dangerous or critical condition.

Chapter 6 discusses the essence and features of the circular economy as an innovative com-ponent of the modern economy, which functions and develops on the basis of sustainable devel-opment, the deep reasons for its emergence, formation and transformation into a factor in the formation of a new paradigm of the global economy. The development of technologies and computing resources has not only expanded the range of digital services in all spheres of human activity, but also determined the range of targeted cyber attacks. Targeted attacks are aimed at destroying not only the business structure, but also its individual components that determine critical business processes. The continuity of such business processes is a critical component of any company, organization or enterprise of any form of ownership, which has a critical impact on making a profit or organizing production processes. The proposed concept of determining the security level of critical business processes is based on the need to use multiloop information security systems. This makes it possible to ensure the continuity of critical business processes through a timely objective assessment of the level of security and the timely formation of preventive measures. This approach is based on the proposed rules for determining the reach of a given security level, based on assessments of the integrity, availability and confidentiality of information arrays, as well as computer equipment for different points of the organization's business processes. The issues of applying situational management methods to ensure the safe functioning of objects of socio-cyberphysical systems, logical and transformational rules that form the foundation for building a situational type cybersecurity management system are considered. One of the main tasks of systems of this type is described – the task of replenishing the description of the situation. The use of pseudophysical logics, various types of pseudophysical logics, the method of their construction and their interconnection are proposed. Particular attention is paid to causal pseudophysical logic, as the least developed for the purposes of ensuring cybersecurity. The formation of smart technologies, as a rule, uses the wireless standards of communication channels IEEE 802.11X, IEEE 802.15.4, IEEE 802.16, which use only authentication protocols and privacy mechanisms that are formed on the basis of symmetric algorithms. In the conditions of the post-quantum period (the appearance of a full-scale quantum computer), the stability of such algorithms is questioned. Such systems, as a rule, are formed on the basis of the synthesis of socio-cyber-physical systems and cloud technologies, which simplifies the implementation of Advanced Persistent Threat attacks, both on the internal loop of control systems and on the external one.

The proposed creation of multi-circuit information protection systems allows for an objective assessment of the flow state of the system as a whole and the formation of preventive measures against cyber threats.

In the thied chapter, models of probable threats and information protection in public networks are proposed. The most general model of the formal description of the protection system is the model of the security system with full overlap, in which a complete list of protection objects and threats to information is determined, and means of ensuring security are determined from the point of view of their effectiveness and contribution to ensuring the security of the entire telecommunications system. It is also shown that the combination of four models (M1, M2, M3, M4) in various variants provides wide opportunities for modeling various known types of threats and their implementation. However, in connection with the continuity of the process of developing new and improving existing methods and means of implementing threats, it is necessary to use such approaches to ensuring information protection that allow detecting and preventing threats of unknown types and carrying out dynamic correction of protection behavior, adapting it to specific application conditions. The M5 basic model is described, which enables continuous refinement of threat classes and response measures, and continuous training of the adaptive component of the CSI, which, in turn, detects and prevents threats of unknown types. The M6 basic model is introduced with the aim of obtaining higher security due to the presence of a special module of internal diagnostics that diagnoses the entire protection system, decides on the correction of the SHI behavior algorithm, and makes it possible to achieve SHI fault tolerance; a special module that diagnoses the communication channel with subsequent changes in the level of protection, allows to achieve the adaptability of the SHI.

The fourth chapter is deal with the development of cryptographic primitives based on cellular automata. The definition of a cellular automaton is given and the elementary rules of intercellular interaction are described.

A number of generators of pseudorandom binary sequences have been developed based on a combination of elementary rules of intercellular interaction, as well as cell interaction according to a rule of our own development.

In the “cryptographic sponge” architecture, a cryptographic hashing function with a shuffling function based on cellular automata was developed and its statistical characteristics and avalanche effect were investigated.

A block cipher in the SP-network architecture is constructed, in which cellular automata are used to deploy the key, and the encryption process is based on elementary procedures of replacement and permutation. Substitution blocks are used from the well-known AES cipher, a description of a stream cipher is given, where a personal computer keyboard and mouse are used as the initial entropy. Random data received from the specified devices is processed by a proprietary hashing function based on a "cryptographic sponge". All developed cryptographic functions and primitives demonstrated good statistical characteristics and avalanche properties.

The fifth chapter proposes a methodology for analyzing the quality of the mechanism for validating the identified vulnerabilities of a corporate network, which is based on integral equations that take into account the quantitative characteristics of the vulnerability validation mechanism under study at a certain point in time. This technique allows you to build the laws of distribution of quality indicators of the vulnerability validation process and quantify the quality of the mechanism for validating detected vulnerabilities, which allows you to monitor and control the validation of identified vulnerabilities in real time during active security analysis. A method is proposed for constructing a fuzzy knowledge base for making decisions when validating vulnerabilities of software and hardware platforms with an active analysis of the security of a target corporate network based on the use of fuzzy logic, which makes it possible to provide reliable information about the quality of the mechanism for validating vulnerabilities indirectly. The constructed knowledge base allows you to form decisive decision-making rules for the implementation of a particular attacking action, which allows you to develop expert systems to automate the decision-making process when validating the identified vulnerabilities of target information systems and networks. An improved method of automatic active security analysis is proposed, which, based on the synthesis of the proposed models, techniques and methods, allows, in contrast to the existing ones, to abstract from the conditions of dynamic changes in the environment, i.e. constant development of information technologies, which leads to an increase in the number of vulnerabilities and corresponding attack vectors, as well as an increase in ready-to-use exploits of vulnerabilities and their availability, and take into account only the quality parameters of the vulnerability validation process itself.

The monograph reflects and scientifically and methodologically substantiates ways to solve urgent problems of the theory and practice of training officers of the National Police in terms of the quality of higher education in the context of the imperative of human-dimensional meanings, taking into account studies of Ukrainian psychological, pedagogical, legal comparative studies. In the most general form, the material is presented regarding the strategic guidelines for the quality of education in the WHE with special learning conditions in the context of Ukraine's integration into the European educational space. Philosophical and methodological approaches to solving existing disagreements in the field of human measurement of the quality of police education in Ukraine and abroad are studied in integral connection with the corresponding concepts of human development; leadership theories; the genesis of personnel work on professional training and evaluation of the activities of police officers in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Features of the human-measurement training of officers of the National Police of Ukraine are explained on the basis of the provisions of the modern post-non-classical methodology of science, a general scientific holistic approach, humanistic pedagogy, as well as the methodological foundations for the implementation of international standards of ethical behavior in the activities of police officers, which is an objective need of the current Ukrainian education system in general and in particular, a prerequisite for the prevention of corruption offenses, the vitality of virtue in society. The productivity of reflexive practices of self-organization of the personality of future police officers is substantiated as a condition for the development of psychological resilience.

Collective monograph contains the results of scientific research devoted to new views and proposals for the diagnosis of certain diseases. The proposed solutions are important for clinical practice and inspire optimism in obtaining encouraging results in overcoming some pathologies.

Chapter 1 is dedicated to endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography - a contrast study of the bile ducts and ductal system of the pancreas, which is achieved by their cannulation with the help of a flexible endoscope and their visualization by X-ray (fluoroscopy). Thanks to this, it becomes possible to diagnose and perform medical interventions for choledocholithiasis, benign and malignant obstruction of the bile ducts, chronic pancreatitis accompanied by obstruction of the pancreatic ducts.

Chapter 2 presents the results of the development of a thermoelectric device for diagnosing inflammatory processes and pain syndrome in degenerative-dystrophic diseases of the lumbosacral spine. Such a device makes it possible to save, process and visualize measurement results on the display of the device and on a personal computer in real time. The results of clinical studies of thermometric indicators in the lumbosacral region of the spine in persons with chronic pain syndrome against the background of degenerative-dystrophic pathology of the spine in the presence of hernias and protrusions of intervertebral discs are given. The effectiveness of the proposed thermoelectric device in medical practice has been confirmed.

Chapter 3 presents the results of the examination of various contingents of the population: students, athletes, mobile operators, people with hearing loss, post-covid syndrome and psychophysiological lability developed under martial law. The features of information processing by examinees with different degrees of functional mobility of nervous processes are highlighted. It was found that the deprivation of auditory function, post-conviction syndrome, psychophysiological lability developed in the conditions of martial law significantly reduce the level of neural processes and the ability to process information.
The evaluation scales of neurodynamic and sensorimotor functions proposed for use in the medical field can be used to optimize diagnosis and increase the effectiveness of monitoring neurological morbidity, including in people with special needs.

Chapter 4 is devoted to the problems of children's neuropsychiatric diseases, in particular brain damage in children with ASD. Restrained optimism is expressed for the prospect of overcoming this severe psychiatric pathology in the foreseeable future due to the introduction of genetic, biochemical and immunodiagnostic approaches, as well as metabolic and immunotherapeutic interventions with neuroprotective effects. Arguments are presented in favor of the fact that the successful testing in clinical practice of evidence-based personalized multidisciplinary strategies of diagnosis and treatment will allow a breakthrough in the clinical management of children with severe mental disorders in the near future. This will provide not only the possibility of recovery from a prognostically unfavorable and currently incurable neuropsychiatric disorder, but will also contribute to stopping the large-scale threatening epidemic of neuropsychiatric syndromes in the modern child population.

Chapter 5 presents the evolution of views on the problem of Internet addiction, provides information on its prevalence, comorbidity with mental disorders, and provides an overview of modern clinical classifications and psychometric tools for its diagnosis. Collective monograph contains the results of scientific research on topical issues of development of innovation systems at the National level. The problems posed are considered in various aspects, so the results of the research are of practical interest, and their use can contribute to the formation of a policy for the development of regional economies.

Section 1 presents the results of a study of the formation processes and features of the functioning of the National Innovation System (NIS), its main components and the links between them. In particular, investment and innovation systems (IIS) are studied as key institutions of the NIS, characterized by a pronounced system-forming function. A block diagram of the National Innovation System has been developed, which includes four main institutional subsystems and subsystems of specific links, which, in fact, ensure the functioning of both institutional subsystems and the entire NIS. The algorithm of their functioning is defined on the basis of its representation by means of a system of inequalities of criterion conditions.

Section 2 analyzes the impact of nanoeconomics on the macroeconomics of an individual state based on the characteristics of the nature of nanoeconomics, its tangible and intangible forms, regularities, and evolution. The system of households as cells of individual consumption is characterized and it is shown that the structure of the national economy as part of the service sector, industry and the agro-industrial complex forms an entrepreneurial sector with active individuals. A close relationship has been established between the indicators of the development of nanoeconomics of the macroeconomic situation in a particular country and the relevance of the individual systemic factor for the development of national economic systems has been proved.

Section 3 discusses the problem of identifying and leveling the breaks in the innovative development of socio-economic systems on the example of Ukraine in the face of new challenges for the state in the process of developing relations with the EU. An assessment of the level of innovative competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy is made and the most important factors for leveling interruptions in its innovative development in the conditions of association with the EU are identified. Recommendations are given for scheduling breaks in the innovative development of Ukraine. Among them: increased foreign investment and public funding; improvement of legal acts, reduction of corruption, institutional improvement; technology support through regional cluster programs or "smart specialization"; integration into the European Research Area.

In Section 4, within the framework of the study of an innovative model of regional management of freshwater resources, environmental priorities, innovative investment dominants, targets and a model of environmentally balanced management of freshwater resources at the regional level are identified. This provides a more objective and balanced assessment of possible schemes and tools for managing the territory's freshwater resources. The conceptual approach presented in the paper is a rather flexible tool with a free choice of elements of analysis depending on the goals and objects of management.

The monograph represents a new interpretation of the relationship between the phenomenon of a Man and the triad of LANGUAGE – CULTURE – DISCOURSE.

Taking into account the new cognitive-discursive approach, the authors made an attempt to harmonize their scientific observations with the content of the studied macrolinguistic issues in the three parts of the monograph.

A general methodology was developed for analysis of factual material, the results of which proved that language and culture are sources for the construction of various types of discourse (artistic, political, and religious). The key narratives of each type of discourse reproduce the value con- stants and dominants of ethnic groups at various stages of civilizational and planetary development.

The concept of the monograph is the triad of LANGUAGE – CULTURE – DISCOURSE that is interpreted as an extremely complex synergistic continuum of an open type, which takes on material form with the participation of a Man, i.e. a representative of certain social communities and, at the same time, a generator of various types of speech, which ensures efficient communication of communication participants.

FINANCIAL DEPTH-ECONOMIC GROWTH NEXUS IN UKRAINE

The book is devoted to the debate on the nature and direction of the relationship between financial depth and economic growth. Addressing the theoretical underpinnings of financial depth, namely the concept, measurement approaches, benefits and drawbacks, and determinants (focusing on the institutional environment) provides insights on prior studies on its relationship with economic growth before and after the GFC. This demonstrates the changes in the nature of the financial depth and economic growth nexus in the context of: the direct-proportional relationship between them, to a weakening and, in some cases, to the opposite influence.

Drawing from the trends of economic development and of financial depth worldwide, distinctions across groups of countries by income and Ukraine are identified. The quantitative analysis of Ukraine’s financial depth across assets, liabilities, volumes of services of non-bank and capital market, state debt and lending (of state banks, state investment projects, local loans, and cooperation with IOFs) demonstrates sectoral unbalanced financial deepening of the economy. It is grounded that financial depth, debt burden and economic growth move synchronously or in different directions based on business cycle phases. The estimation of bank loans’ impact on economic growth, provided by evaluating the financial performance of Ukrainian industrial firms during 2006–2020, shows bank loans substitution by commercial (inter-firm) credit; preference for short-term loans denominated in the national currency; sufficient profitability to service loans only of mining industry firms; quasi-risky financing model.

Further, the book proposes an empirical study of Ukraine's financial depth-economic growth nexus, revealing that the financial depth just accompanies economic growth but not causes it. During 2008–2020, the impact of bank and non-bank loans was negative, while the impact of trading volume on the securities market was positive, indicating the inability of further credit expansion to contribute to economic growth. Though economic growth has a directly proportionated correlation with external trade and debt, the correlation between mentioned factors and financial depth is inversely proportionate. Meanwhile, the relationship between financial openness and financial deepening in Ukraine is confirmed. The study concludes with an analysis of the impact of war on the financial depth-economic growth nexus in Ukraine.

MODELING OF SECURITY SYSTEMS FOR CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES

The development of Industry 4.0 technologies is based on the rapid growth of the computing capabilities of mobile wireless technologies, which has made it possible to significantly expand the range of digital services and form a conglomeration of socio-cyber-physical systems and smart technologies. The First Section discusses the issues of building security systems based on the proposed Concept of multi-contour security systems, taking into account the hybridity and synergy of modern targeted cyber-attacks, their integration with social engineering methods. This approach not only increases the level of security, but also forms an objective approach to the use of post-quantum security mechanisms based on the proposed Lotka-Volterra models.

The Second Section analyzes the features of the functioning of social Internet services and establishes their role in ensuring the information security of the state. An approach is proposed to identify signs of threats in the text content of social Internet services, which will allow to quickly respond to changing situations and effectively counteract such threats. A classifier of information security profiles of users of social Internet services has been developed to assess the level of their danger as potential participants in disinformation campaigns. A method for identifying and evaluating the information and psychological impact on user communities in services is proposed. Models of conflict interaction of user groups in social Internet services are considered on the example of civil movements. To effectively counter threats to information security of the state, it is proposed to use the concept of synergistic user interaction and self-organization processes in a virtual community. Particular attention is paid to countering the manipulation of public opinion in the decision-making process by users of social Internet services.

The Third Section proposes a biometric security system that works to authenticate users based on a comparison of their fingerprints and certain templates stored in a biometric database. A method for determining the contour based on the passage of a curve and the filtering function of contour lines has been developed. The stage of skeletal identification is analyzed in detail. The Ateb-Gabor method with wave thinning has been developed. The performance of skeletal algorithms such as the Zhang-Suen thinning algorithm, the Hilditch algorithm, and the Ateb-Gabor method with wave decimation is analyzed. The presented results of experiments with biometric fingerprints based on the NIST Special Database 302 database showed the effectiveness of the proposed method. The software and firmware were developed using the Arduino Nano.

The monograph is devoted to the study of dynamic processes in technical systems for various technological purposes. A new approach and methodology is proposed for a systemic, synergistic approach, taking into account the influence of energy fields of physical and mechanical effects, transformation and inversion of types of energy action. Models and equations of motion of discrete and continuous dynamic systems, dispersed media in the spectrum of their processing are considered. Changes in the parameters of subsystems are revealed: working mediums, mechanical systems, the processes of their interaction are investigated on the basis of taking into account their stress-strain state. The processes of grinding, sorting, mixing, compaction of materials and media are considered. The intensification of physical and mechanical processes, methods and means of their creation was achieved by the systematization and complexity of approaches due to the joint consideration of the mutual influence of the internal properties of subsystems. The processes of material processing by superresonant, subresonant and multi-mode parameters are investigated. Methods for determining effective parameters and modes of their operation are proposed. The processes of grinding, sorting, mixing, compaction of the processing medium in the field of vibration load are described. As a result of the research carried out, new properties of the behavior of discrete-continuous systems under power load conditions are revealed. For the first time, the stresses and deformations of both working bodies and media were taken into account to create energy-saving vibration systems for various technological processes. The carried out scientific research makes it possible to obtain the laws of change in the state of dispersed media under the action of power loads by technical systems, new technological and design solutions were proposed.

The monograph provides an overview of equipment for processing and processing technology of melons. Until recent years, the primary processing of melons has no industrial production in the CIS countries and abroad. FIRE RESISTANCE OF REINFORCED CONCRETE AND STEEL STRUCTURES

The scientific bases of ensuring fire resistance of reinforced concrete and steel building structures in the conditions of modern extreme influences are laid.

The current state of fire safety of buildings and structures, as well as approaches, methods and tools for its assessment are analyzed. Analysis of emergencies and fires in the world has shown that the vast majority of them occur in buildings and structures. It is shown that the cause of catastrophic consequences and destruction is the non-compliance of the actual limit of fire resistance of building structures with regulatory requirements. This is due to the imperfection of methods and means of assessing the fire resistance of building structures, including fire-retardant.

To overcome the shortcomings identified during the analysis, the paper develops physical and mathematical models of thermal processes occurring in the fire-retardant reinforced concrete structure. Based on the proposed models, a computational-experimental method for estimating the fire resistance of such structures has been developed. The efficiency of the proposed method was tested by identifying the relationship between the parameters of the fire-retardant plaster coating “Neospray” and the fire resistance of fire-retardant multi-hollow reinforced concrete floor.

The study of fire resistance of steel structures is proposed to be carried out using reduced samples in the form of steel plates with dimensions of 500×500×5 mm. Based on the proposed models, a calculation and experimental method for estimating the fire resistance of steel structures, as well as an algorithm and procedures for its implementation have been developed. The verification of the efficiency of the proposed method was carried out in the ANSYS software package using the aged coating “Phoenix STS” and the coating “Amotherm Steel Wb” under heating conditions at the temperature of the hydrocarbon fire.

The reliability of the developed models and methods is checked. It is established that random errors in temperature measurement significantly affect the accuracy of determining the thermophysical characteristics and limits of fire resistance. In general, the efficiency of the proposed calculation and experimental methods with sufficient accuracy for engineering calculations is confirmed.

PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE ROAD TRANSPORT COMPLEX: FINANCING, MANAGEMENT, INNOVATION, QUALITY, SAFETY – INTEGRATED APPROACH

The monograph focuses on the problems and prospects of development of the road transport complex on the basis of the integrated approach. In Ukraine, the road transport system is one of the priority ones. However, its priority status is reflected only in numerous regulations. Relevant clusters of educational institutions of the region have been established and systematized, taking into account their sectoral significance, form of ownership, efficiency of state funding and the amount of own revenues. Methodological support for quality management of transport and logistics services has been developed, which includes a certain procedure and a set of appropriate methods for implementing this activity based on the application of the scenario approach and algorithmization of procedures for obtaining possible states of operation of modern transport and logistics sector objects. A set of functional subsystems of an enterprise by analogy with the systems of a living organism, the activity of which is interdependent, which ensures the stability of the «living organism» of the enterprise to the influence of external conditions has been formed. The process of determining and assessing the competencies of employees on the basis of the modern assessment technology «Assessment Center» has been formed. The program of development of corporate social responsibility at internal and external levels of implementation taking into account features of various groups of stakeholders is offered. The combined safety management system «behavior + transport status + infrastructure + permanent monitoring + post-accident services» is offered.

The proposed theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the development of the road transport system are of theoretical and practical interest to scientists, entrepreneurs and government agencies.

The theoretical and practical aspects of the application of the econometric approach to making managerial decisions in a crisis at the micro and macro levels are highlighted. Theoretical aspects determine the basic categories of the research problem: managerial decision, stages of managerial decision-making to determine the feasibility of using econometric methods, crisis and crisis phenomena, econometric approach. The specifics of making managerial decisions in a crisis at the micro and macro levels have been determined; the characteristic features, areas of problem solving and methods for solving managerial problems are considered, depending on the level of their formalization. The demand of employers for soft skills job seekers and professional competencies in terms of specialty groups are estimated. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the structure of the labor market is studied.

The clustering of specialties and educational programs by the criterion of similarity of demand for personal and professional competencies is conducted.

The achievements and shortcomings of the functioning of the system of external independent evaluation (EIE) of learning outcomes in Ukraine are formulated.

The possibilities of using the psychological characteristics of entrants, the scores of their EIE certificates to assess future learning outcomes and to assess career prospects after graduation are researched.

SYSTEM CONCEPT FOR MODELLING OF TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEMS AND DECISION MAKING IN THEIR MANAGEMENT

The monograph is devoted to the system analysis of approaches to the building of models of chemical-technological systems, on the basis of which a systematic concept of building of models and the issues of solving decision-making problems for managing the operating modes of technological objects is proposed. The problems of the development of mathematical models and the optimization of complex chemical-technological systems are investigated, using the example of technological objects of oil refining, in conditions of uncertainty caused by the lack of reliable quantitative information and the fuzziness of available information. The structure of the monograph consists of an introduction, the main part of four sections, a conclusion and a list of sources of information.

In the main part of the work, the current state of the problems of mathematical modelling of technological objects of oil refining production is analyzed. Methods of mathematical modelling and decision-making in the management of technological objects according to environmental and economic criteria are chosen as the direction of research. Methods of building mathematical models of chemical-technological systems of oil refining in a fuzzy environment have been investigated and proposed, and models of the technological complex of the catalytic reforming unit have been developed.

An approach to the creation of a package of models for system modelling of the technological complex of the catalytic reforming unit is described. An algorithm for the synthesis of models of a technological complex of oil refining based on fuzzy information is proposed. Expert assessments have been carried out to develop a mathematical description of the technological complex of the reforming unit, a method has been developed for carrying out expert procedures in a fuzzy environment.

The formulations of decision-making problems for the control of the technological complex of the reforming unit are formulated and, based on the modification of various optimality principles, heuristic algorithms for their solution are developed. The properties of the developed algorithms for solving decision-making problems have been investigated and a method for their selection in solving specific production problems has been proposed. A mathematical formulation of the decision-making problem for optimizing the operating modes of the catalytic reforming unit in a fuzzy environment is obtained and the results of its solution based on the proposed fuzzy approach are presented. The structure is created and the main functional blocks of the computer decision support system based on the object models are described. The issues of software implementation of the developed models are considered and a description of the interface of the computer system for modelling the units of the reforming unit and decision support for optimizing their operation modes is given.

However, the rapid growth of computing resources, the emergence of a full-scale quantum computer tightens the requirements for security systems not only for information and communication systems, but also for cyber-physical systems and technologies.

The methodological foundations of building security systems for critical infrastructure facilities based on modeling the processes of behavior of antagonistic agents in security systems are discussed in the first chapter.

The concept of information security in social networks, based on mathematical models of data protection, taking into account the influence of specific parameters of the social network, the effects on the network are proposed in second chapter.

The nonlinear relationships of the parameters of the defense system, attacks, social networks, as well as the influence of individual characteristics of users and the nature of the relationships between them, takes into account.

In the third section, practical aspects of the methodology for constructing post-quantum algorithms for asymmetric McEliece and Niederreiter cryptosystems on algebraic codes (elliptic and modified elliptic codes), their mathematical models and practical algorithms are considered. Hybrid crypto-code constructions of McEliece and Niederreiter on defective codes are proposed. They can significantly reduce the energy costs for implementation, while ensuring the required level of cryptographic strength of the system as a whole. The concept of security of corporate information and educational systems based on the construction of an adaptive information security system is proposed.

THEORY AND METHODS FOR CALCULATING THE INERTIAL-BRAKING CHARACTERISTICS OF A SHIP

One of the most serious problems of modern navigation is the accident rate that occurs due to inept or belated maneuvering of ships. As a result of accidents in the world, more than 200 ships sink every year and every fourth receives significant damage.

Full-scale tests show that the stopping distance of large-tonnage ships turn out to be much less permissible, and shipbuilders are able to significantly reduce the astern power of such ships, making them cheaper at the expense of safety.

The low accuracy of inertial-braking characteristics is mainly due to unqualified field tests. Analysis of graphs and tables based on the results of such tests show that the spread in the values of inertial-braking characteristics for ships of the same type reaches 30%, and in some cases even more. In many tables and graphs, inertial-braking characteristics are expressed in relative values and are not suitable for direct use when maneuvering a ship. Finally, even when graphical and/or tabular maneuvering information is available on the navigating bridge, it is difficult to use it when maneuvering a ship at night.

The research carried out by the author results in:

- creation of an alternative computational method for determining the inertial-braking characteristics of the ship, suitable for use on any on-board computer;

- development of an improved methodology for calculating the path and time of acceleration and braking of the ship in various ahead motion modes;

- development of a methodology for taking into account the influence of a passing and opponent current on the length of the stopping distance of the ship;

- development of methods for solving applied problems, ensuring a decrease in the accident rate of ships during maneuvering.

The obtained methods include the development of theoretical foundations, mathematical models and comparison of the calculated inertial-braking characteristics of ships with the data of a full-scale experiment. For the first time, to derive the calculated formulas for the time and stopping distance, theorems are used on the change in the momentum and kinetic energy during accelerated and decelerated motion of the ship. In the course of the study, the problems of calculating and formalizing the inertial-braking characteristics of the ship are being comprehensively solved. For the first time, the hypothesis that the nature of the change in the thrust force of the propeller during reverse can be approximated by linear equations has been substantiated and confirmed. The general results are used to calculate the inertial-braking characteristics of specific ships.

In the pages of his book the author shares his experience of inventor and creator of the new system for the situated on bone stable - functional osteosynthesis "METOST". On the most parts of this system components the author received a patent for an invention. Over the past 20–30 years, the stable – functional osteosynthesis of long tubular bones is confidently taking the leading place, as well in our country as abroad. However, the fixatives that are used for this purpose are not ideal and need to be improved. Each step and every element of the METOST system has been subjected to comprehensive analysis, mechanical and mathematical modeling and testing on experimental animals. Only after that, the author started using METOST system in the clinic on patients and achieved excellent results, having operated over 1,500 patients and reducing the percentage of errors and complications to – 1.5 %. This work could be used as a handbook for master classes for creative doctors who have dedicated their efforts to improving the methods of patients treatment. The monograph could be useful for all operating traumatologists - orthopedists, as well experienced doctors, as young aimed to succes – inventors.

Throughout history, around the world, civilian self-defence systems, combat sports and military combatives have been devised. Almost all of these are of an eclectic nature. For instance, Greek Pankration is a combination of traditional Greek boxing and wrestling; modern Karate was derived from older Okinawan and Chinese fighting methods; and Korean Taekwondo is based on Karate and the ancient Korean art of Taekkyeon. Both William E. Fairbairn’s Defendu (derived from Japanese Ju-jitsu, etc.) and Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do (derived from Chinese Wing Chun, Western boxing, Western fencing, etc.) are perhaps the most revolutionary and influential eclectic fighting systems of all time. The founders of these arts felt that the older methods could be improved. I too had the same feeling. Therefore, I developed a reality-based eclectic system of self-defence/combat. Modern biotechnology is a direction designed to find ways of industrial application of biological agents and processes. This is a complex multidisciplinary field, including microbiological synthesis, genetic, protein and cell engineering, engineering enzymology.

Biotechnology is mainly based on the use of microorganisms. Therefore, the knowledge accumulated by microbiology about the diversity of the world, about the structure, genetics, physiology, variability, ecology of microbes creates a scientific basis for the development of many biotechnological industries. Traditional raw materials for various branches of the chemical and processing industries (oil and gas) are depleted, and this will lead to the fact that biomass resources will be increasingly used.

In addition to new methods for producing chemicals from biomass, bio-technology also gives us more efficient and industrial catalysts for chemical interconversions.

A promising area for further development is the production of valuable substances from plants, such as terpenes and alkaloids used in the manufacture of drugs; currently 25 % of all medicines are made from plants. Using animal cells, the production of viruses for vaccines is possible. In the long term, these are hepatitis A, hepatitis B, herpes type 1 viruses, herpes type 2 viruses, as well as viruses that cause colds, some forms of cancer and dental caries.
